Žarko Ptiček was born in Belgrade in 1977. He graduated from the First Belgrade Gymnasium and the Faculty of Law of the Union University. He is an Arbitrator in the National Internet Domain Dispute Resolution Commission and was a member of the RNIDS Statutory Commission for two terms.
As an expert consultant, he was engaged in amending the law in the field of e-commerce and foreign exchange operations and in drafting a guides for e-commerce.
He has been hired as a lecturer at the School of Internet Journalism of the Association of Journalists of Serbia, StartIT Academy, the Center for Career Development at the College of Information Technology, and is a panelist at numerous conferences on e-business, Internet management, data protection and digital currency topics.
